RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Items may only be returned up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return/refund, the item must be unused and in it's original packaging. All customers wishing to return an item must first notify Mama Bear's Baby Beads by email (mamabearsbabybeads@gmail.com) to receive further information and instructions.

Depending on your financial institution or credit card company, refunds usually process and post within 7 business days. If you do not see your refund in that time period, please first contact your bank or credit card company to inquire about their processing time. After speaking with them, please contact Mama Bear's Baby Beads at mamabearsbabybeads@gmail.com.
